Lucky Chops Private Event Venue offers full in-house catering in partnership with St. John Catering. Our chefs specialize in creating custom menus for all occasions, and are well-versed in Caribbean, Asian Fusion, Progressive American, Classic Italian, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free cuisines.


ON-SITE PACKAGES AT LUCKY CHOPS

Unless Noted Packages Include:

  • Food = 3 appetizers, 1 green salad, 3 vegetable sides, 2 starch sides, 2 entrées, 1 dessert 

  • Staff = 6 hours on site (includes set-up, 3.5 hr active event time, and clean-up)

  • Equipment = all tables, settings, linens, chairs, and china


Maho Bay at Lucky Chops $139pp

  • Standard food, staff, & equipment

  • Beverage: 3 hour Open Bar

Cinnamon Bay at Lucky Chops $125pp

Trunk Bay at Lucky Chops $105pp

LIVE ACTION STATIONS  $425 (price does not include food costs)

A fun addition or upgrade to the traditional dinner or buffet which offers a unique experience with chefs preparing custom menus on a grill, plancha, or portable burners while you and your guests look on!

SUSHI PARTIES  (Sushi is priced a la carte) 

Ask us about adding rolled sushi or a Live Action Station with sushi to the menu for your next event!

BEVERAGE AND BAR SERVICE

  • Events at Lucky Chops Drink Tickets: $10 per ticket or 2 for $15 (available as an add on to a catering event only; 20 person minimum)

  • Events at Lucky Chops Open Bar: $25pp for up to 3 hour open bar; then $15pp per hour over 3 hours (available as an add on to a catering event only; 20 person minimum)

  • Events Off-Site Open Bar: $50pp per person for up to 3 hour; then $15pp per hour over 3 hours.

Open Bar Packages include: bartender, wine, beer, liquor, mixers, ice, coolers, garnishes (lemons, limes, cherries, orange slices, pineapples, olives), shakers, beverage napkins, and glassware (disposable cups for off-site events).

VENUE FEATURES AND DETAILS

  • Convenient downtown Cruz Bay location with taxi service available

  • Indoor and outdoor seating

  • 800 square foot, air-conditioned bar

  • Private courtyard

  • All equipment available on-site (tables, chairs, linens, china) with no extra delivery fee

  • Seating for parties up to 70 guests; standing room for parties up to 95 guests; call for details and limits for parties with 95-120 guests

  • Full in-house catering with custom menus  (off site catering and delivery also available)

  • Events at Lucky Chops licensed to go later than events held at ALL private villas on-island (Sunday to Thursday until midnight; Friday and Saturday until 1am)

VENUE RULES, RESTRICTIONS & FEES

  • Final headcount and menu selections due 1 month prior to event

  • $500 Site Fee plus $500 Refundable Cleaning Deposit to rent the dining or bar space (with tables and chairs) for up to 4 hours (including set-up, active event time, and clean-up). Kitchen, linens, glassware, plates, silverware and staff not included (one staff member is on-site for all events to unlock & lock-up space ONLY). 

  • NO SITE FEE to use Lucky Chops Private Event Venue with a minimum catering cost of $2000 (not including gratuity). Max time on site is 6 hours including set-up, 3.5 hr active event time, and clean-up.

  • Eco-disposable plates and silverware available for $6pp (set includes: 1 appetizer plate, 1 entrée plate, and 1 set of wooden silverware)

  • Additional Fees: 

    • 15% auto gratuity is added to all parties

    • 5% processing fee is added to all credit card and PayPal payments

    • $350 Event Manager fee for all parties (includes walk-through before event)

    • $2pp cake cutting fee (if applicable)

    • $1000 refundable security deposit for all parties using their own decorations at Lucky Chops

    • Off-site events subject to delivery/transportation fees based on equipment used, venue location, and terrain
