Full Moon Dinners are monthly culinary events held at Lucky Chops in Cruz Bay (former Fish Trap space), hosted in partnership with St. John Catering. Each month features a unique theme and one night only menu designed by some of the most talented chefs in the Virgin Islands. July's Full Moon Dinner is Sunday, July 14th with an island inspired menu (below) and cocktail pairings created with St. Croix chef and mast mixologist Frank Robinson.

1st Course: Mixed Local Greens Salad

Topped with Local Goat Cheese & a Sour Orange-Basil Vinaigrette

2nd Course: Lemongrass & Ginger Snapper Ceviche

With Curried Breadfruit Tostones

3rd Course: Charred Chicken Egg Drop Soup

In a Recao Lime Broth

4th Course: Bay Rum Braised Oxtail

Over Sweet & Spicy Carrot and Sweet Potato Mash topped with Fried Pickled Onions

5th Course (Dessert): Tarragon & Grapefruit Sorbet
