FULL MOON DINNER MENU

1st Course: Age dashi Tofu - Crispy fried cubes of tofu in tsen tsuyu sauce with sesame, scallion and shaved daikon radish

2nd Course: Shrimp Egg Drop Miso - Rich miso soup with whipped egg and head on shrimp

3rd Course: Chicken Kushiyaki - Reriyaki chicken skewers with grilled spring onion and house pickles

4th Course: Pork Katsu - Breaded and fried medallions of pork tenderloin with Japanese bbq and tomato 

5th Course: Saikyo Miso - Marinated snapper pan seared and served with ponzu

6th Course: Beef Tataki - Seared beef in a spicy sesame soy with local sprouts and shiso 

7th Course: Sushi / Sashimi - Chef choice of fresh fish preparations
