Full Moon Dinner Menu
Full Moon Dinners are monthly culinary events held at Lucky Chops in Cruz Bay (former Fish Trap space), hosted in partnership with St. John Catering. Each month features a unique theme and one night only menu designed by some of the most talented chefs in the Virgin Islands. March 19: THEME: Italian Five Seasons (menu by Chef Fabio)
April 20: THEME: Japanese Extravaganza (menu by Sushi Chef Larry Parnell)
May 19: THEME: Ukrainian / Eastern European (menu by Chef Lori Dudkin)
June 16 (Father’s Day): THEME: Spanish Bistro (menu by Chef Lori Dudkin)
July 14: THEME: Crucian Collaboration (menu by Frank Robinson)
August: No Full Moon Dinner (A Pop-up Sushi Dinner on the 16th will be held in lieu of a Full Moon Dinner in August)
September 13: THEME: Thai One On Again! (menu by Chef Mathayom Vacharat)
October: No Full Moon Dinner (A Pop-Up Sushi Dinner on Friday, Oct. 18th will be held in lieu of a Full Moon Dinner in October)
November 10: THEME: Around the World in 80 Bites (menu by Chef Mathayom Vacharat)
